My curiosity to understand how products fit into the larger context of the business led me to Fahrenheit 212 where I was part in a multi-disciplinary team that married business rigor with consumer insight. For the last four years, I put design and strategy into practice working with the leading innovation strategy firm, Doblin a part of Deloitte Consulting to help clients build transformational new businesses that unearth and express deep customer insight through exceptionally designed experiences. Currently, I'm embedding a design strategy capability at Casper to help re-invent sleep and explore new territories of disruption.
